I have been in the building industry for the past 35 years and became a certified inspector in 1997. I am a certified master inspector. I have completed over 9,000 inspections, having inspected houses, townhouses, multi unit complexes, churches, commercial buildings, and investment properties. Clients have called for yearly warranty inspections and I have assisted builders with their punch lists. During the inspection I will walk clients though the structure explaining the in’s and out’s of my observations. Taking my time is important so my clients are completely comfortable with this important purchase. I insure that my clients are 100% satisfied and will follow up after the inspection if needed. After the inspection I put together a detailed inspection report with photos provided to support comments within the report.
